Coordinates Facebook Ninjas by coming up with discussion topics and themed community post prompts (IE post puzzle pictures with mushrooms)

Community Building on Instagram (via our account). Responsibilities can be divided between multiple ninjas.
Daily reposts of Stories and making Stories-of-Posts for Puzzle Jam-tagged content (specifically with mailed stickers received!)
Reply to post responses from our community
Seek out puzzle people accounts to follow and interact with
Comment on 5 puzzle posts each day
Work with Communications Guru to brainstorm post ideas and create images in Canva, sourcing images with permission, or creating puzzle meme with meme generators

Leads Instagram Ninjas by being the main image creator/sourcer, post writer, and scheduler. Builds our puzzle community through posting on Facebook and Instagram.
Create images with Canva, meme generators, using Puzzle Jam's Google Drive, and sourcing from other puzzle people with their permission
Write out posts
Schedule posts to social accounts 5x week using Meta posting calendar scheduler
Coordinate through Monday.com for event planning info that needs to be posted

Hosts for Chat & Puzzle Zoom call

Host or arrange a Guest Host for our monthly Zoom meeting, the 2nd Wednesday of each month, at 7 PM EST.
Start and lead Chat & Puzzle Zoom
Liaison with puzzle community to source Guest Hosts for 2/3rds of meetings
Get Guest Host headshot and blurb/puzzle bio for newsletter.
Guide host in creating "agenda" of games/interactions/giveaways, etc.
Pre-meet with host, share Zoom credentials and review tech

Traveling Puzzle Librarian
Manages our library of traveling puzzles, which includes:
Accept puzzle donations and log donation receipt
Contact puzzle makers with a notice of inclusion in library, thank you, and request for note to engrave on traveling card.
Communicate with Puzzle Jam crew about puzzle pack status, needed engraved cards, and when sign ups are open for members.
Create listing with photo and description of puzzle packs on Zeffy.
Export shipping info, ship out puzzle packs, and update traveling lists for current traveling packs.
Follow up with any puzzles that aren't moving at a timely pace or get lost or damaged.

Build our membership community by planning out quarterly member events and email support of members donations.
Plan and run member events, like our Winter Cheer card Exchange.
